Returns and right-of-withdrawal policy

Peptrope supplies products intended solely for research use. Because of their nature, Peptrope generally does not accept returns, exchanges or refund requests after an order is placed, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

1. No returns or refunds

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, all sales are final.

Peptrope generally does not accept:

• Product returns;
• Product exchanges;
• Cancellations due to a change of mind;
• Refund requests;
• Returns of opened or unopened products;
• Returns because a customer cannot use or import a product in their jurisdiction.

Customers should carefully review product information, restrictions, shipping information and order details before completing a purchase.

2. Products for research use only

Peptrope products are intended solely for legitimate research and are not offered for human or veterinary consumption.

Because research materials may be exposed to contamination, tampering, improper storage or handling after leaving our control, returned products generally cannot be accepted for resale or redistribution.

3. Right of withdrawal

Where applicable law grants a mandatory right of withdrawal, cancellation or similar statutory right, nothing in this policy is intended to unlawfully exclude or restrict that right.

Where no mandatory withdrawal right applies, purchases through Peptrope are final and do not qualify for voluntary cancellation, return, exchange or refund.

4. Damaged or incorrect orders

If you believe you received an incorrect product or your shipment arrived with significant visible damage, contact Peptrope as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Please state:

• Your order number;
• A description of the issue;
• Photographs of the packaging and product;
• Relevant shipping information.

Peptrope will assess the situation and determine what action, if any, is appropriate.

5. Refund Exceptions

Nothing in this policy prevents Peptrope from offering a refund or other remedy where we consider it appropriate or applicable law requires it.

Any approved refund is processed through the payment method and procedures applicable to the original transaction.

6. Customer Responsibility

Before purchasing, customers are responsible for checking and confirming that:

• The selected product is the product they actually intend to purchase;
• Their shipping details are correct;
• The product can be lawfully purchased and received in their jurisdiction;
• The intended use complies with applicable laws and regulations; and
• They understand that Peptrope products for research use only are intended.
